Our Role as a Technology Provider

PeptideSetup is a technology platform provider, not a retailer or distributor. We provide infrastructure, hosting, payment processing, and business tools. You are responsible for the legality and compliance of your business, products, and operations.

Permitted Use

You may use PeptideSetup to sell:

• Legal e-commerce products and services in your jurisdiction
• RUO (Research Use Only) peptides and compounds where legally permitted in your country and region
• Products that comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

All marketing, labeling, and disclaimers must comply with regulations including FDA guidance, FTC standards, and local consumer protection laws.

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use PeptideSetup to:

• Sell controlled or scheduled substances (CIII-CIV drugs, without proper licensing)
• Misrepresent products or make health claims not supported by law
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Sell stolen goods or counterfeit products
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction

Enforcement

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Termination may occur immediately if prohibited activity is discovered
• Upon termination for AUP violations, your remaining subscription fees will be prorated and refunded
• We may cooperate with law enforcement if required by legal process
