01 How fast can I go live?
Your store will be fully set up and live within 7 days of completing onboarding. This includes VPS provisioning, domain setup, SSL, payment configuration, and branding.
02 Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. You manage products, orders, and customers through a visual dashboard — no coding required. We handle all the technical infrastructure.
03 Can payment processors freeze my account?
Cryptocurrency payments (BTC, LTC, XMR, SOL, USDT) cannot be frozen by any third party. Card payments are processed through peptide-friendly providers that understand the RUO space.
04 Is selling RUO peptides legal?
We are a technology provider, similar to Shopify. We provide e-commerce infrastructure for legal businesses. Compliance with local laws, including RUO labeling requirements, is the responsibility of the store owner.
05 Can I use my own supplier?
Yes. You add your own products through the dashboard. We provide the store infrastructure — sourcing is entirely up to you.
06 How anonymous is the setup?
Your domain is registered through a privacy registrar with no WHOIS exposure. Your server IP is hidden behind an enterprise-grade DDoS-protected proxy. Email is end-to-end encrypted. Hosting can be paid with cryptocurrency.
07 What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your store will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We offer data export upon request.
08 Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee. All revenue from your store goes directly to you through your own payment accounts.
09 Can my customers pay with PayPal?
Yes. Customers can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA transfers — in addition to direct card and crypto payments.
10 What currencies are supported?
USD and EUR are supported as base currencies. Crypto payments are accepted in BTC, LTC, XMR, SOL, and USDT regardless of your base currency.
11 Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Month-to-month billing. The only non-refundable cost is the one-time onboarding fee, which covers the setup work.
12 Can I have multiple languages on my store?
Yes. All plans include 8 languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, and Polish. Your store automatically detects and serves the right language.
